Common Questions

Do I need a subscription to buy tags? +
You can purchase tags without a subscription, but the tags will only work (show pet info when scanned) if your account has an active monthly subscription. We recommend subscribing first, then ordering your tags.
What happens if my subscription lapses? +
If your subscription becomes inactive, the QR code on your tag will show a limited message instead of your full pet profile. Reactivating your subscription restores full access immediately.
How long does shipping take? +
Taylor personally ships every order. Typical delivery is 5–10 business days within the US after your order is confirmed.
What if I need more tags later? +
You can order additional bundles at any time. Each order gets the next available APP IDs assigned.
Do I need a special scanner? +
No. Any modern smartphone camera can scan the QR code — no special app needed. Recipients can also manually type the APP number at our website.
Can I attach the tag to my collar? +
Yes. The tags come with a loop that fits standard collar rings, leash attachments, or gate hooks.
